
The goal of JIM is to publish insightful, original and timely research in management, aims to be an international knowledge sharing hub of researchers on academic. JIM is multidisciplinary in scope and encourages interdisciplinary research.
The journal welcomes submissions in all topics related to management, as well as topics related to intelligence. In addition to empirical research, JIM accepts review papers as well as papers that follow a specific methodology. Manuscripts that are simply literature reviews are generally discouraged.

Editorial Policy:
All papers are double-blind refereed. Authors should expect to receive two referee reports and a letter of recommendation from one of the Journal's editors.
Special Issues:
The Journal publishes a special issue every year. This issue typically deals with an important research topic and is edited by a recognized expert in the field.
